Player Centric Accountability is development specific to each players' personal levels.
A scrimmage is part of development to showcase what they learned.
More than half of each session is on- ice.
Skating development is a critical focal point - stride, edge-work, speed and control
both forward and backward;
Proper and increased strength with shooting, passing, zone entry and odd-man rushes;
CONFIDENCE to win 1v1 battles and put all the pieces of the game together.
The off-ice segment incorporates puck-handling, individual / team concepts and
take-aways for development at home.
And a small segment towards the important mental aspect, commensurate with age.
